i'm not evil but I enjoyed killing people.
Just kidding I liked the idea of the game and the art style is very cool I loved it.
You can go checkout my entry if you pleased it will be nice if you rated and left feedback.
The idea is interesting and the attacks are cool. I like that you need to check for the green light to cross the street, more elements like this would be really cool. Graphics are very nice too, it feels a bit like old school GTA. I liked your game !
If you are interested, I also tried to do a "hack and slash" for this jam (without weapon)
This game looks very look, nice idea about the mechanic, you just need to polish a litle bit for example if you get close to the wall is just a matter of waiting for spining atack, you could do something to stop abusing that, but outherwise the game is very cool
Thank you very much for telling us your opinion! That 48h limit was a short time and that polish could have been done with a little more time ^^"
Nice job I loved the concept but it lacks work to keep the player more engaged , Keep up !
Thank you for sharing your opinion! Yeah, in the future we could add more objectives so the player has more things to do :)
That was a really nice take on the theme and the art style really made me nostalgic for GTA chinatown wars. I think the execution of an idea like this is tricky because you're meant to avoid interacting with the world in the way that you're used to, but it doesn't really offer an alternative form of interaction to take it's place apart from running away. If the character had an interesting way to clean up his own mess there would be more interplay within the theme. It is a really good idea and I would really like to see it developed on further.
Thank you very much for the review! This 48h time limit was harsh, but we could continue developing the game in the future so theres more things to do for the player.
