Great game!!!
Very fun! Love the humor! It definitely fits the theme! You made interacting with the platform super intuitive and fun so as a whole it makes for a really fun time! Good job!
great game!!!!
LOL the comments in this game are great. the concept and gameplay are a lot of fun! way to go. I did find the camera angle to be a little hard but overall the experience was great. good job!
Great game! Works the idea greatly with a couple of puzzles. The controls feel responsive for the most part and it looks like it could be a really fun game with more time put into it (but as it is, it's a great submission)
Great idea, well executed. But, oh god, THE MUSIC!! Music was sooo amaziiiing! If you did that piece, it's brilliant, all those instruments and arrangements... Bravo.
And back to the game, the most important thing: it was *FUN TO PLAY*, I had a great time, and I have to admit, you made cry a little at the end, with real tiny tears, I mean. :D Poor guy, he was so sad at the end. 10/10
Thank you so much, Louis. Really appreciate your words. Yes, the music is mine. Actually I made it 1 week ago for another big project I'm making, "Pipa's Journey", but I decided at last minute (literally!) to use it here because I haven't the time for make music for this one. (There were lot of details I'd loved to make to this game, but you know, 48 hours...)
Thank you again, and sorry I made you cry! LOL. That over-dramatic ending was really uncalled-for.
Brilliant idea. I love the story and the humor. With some polishing this could be incredible! Keep up the good game design!
Thank you, Drums! ;)
This game has a bunch of character and voice delivered by the simple text that shows up in each screen. Feels like a direct reply to Mark Brown and the game jam in general. I died, I laughed, I eventually one since it's not overly long. Overall enjoyable. I think my only real complaint is I would have preferred an orthographic view or maybe just to have the perspective moved up so I could see where I was standing when I get near the top half of the screen
Hey, stampede! Thank you very much! Nice words! :)
Yeah, that's true, in the high points the perspective can be annoying. I realized it in the last moments, and I wanted to either put the camera higher or make the platform semi-transparent. But, well, it's not wise to change everything at last moment :/ Thank you very much, and I'll keep it in mind for improve the game when the jam is over.
Great game smooth controls and fits theme well done.
Very good game, I like it. Smooth controls and camera, the text and animations fit nice and cool ending.
Nice! It's funny how we had the same idea of making a platformer with one platform, yet ended up with very different games. The puzzles were challenging but I was rarely frustrated, which is a good sign. Sometimes the fact that it was 3D combined with a fixed camera made it more difficult than it should have been.
Overall a great submission. Keep up the good work!
WOW! Best game in this jam so far! Really, this one breaks apart from the average, by far.
A little difficult near the end.
The music is outstanding. Did you make it?
And that ending! So emotional! :D Again, BEST GAME i've seen in this jam so far
Thank you Mark! Really appreciate your words. Yeah, at some point it's kind of difficult. I'd change it (and the volume, it's kinf of low), but I don't know if I can modify the game.
Music: Yes, I compose it. I'm glad you like it. :D
BTW, was it my imagination, or when he says "I hate you, Mark Brown" he looks at the camera?
HAHA. It wasn't your imagination. The guy was really heartbroken.
I love it! 🤗🤗🤗🤗
Haha, I love that "I hate you Mark Brown" at the end. I really dig this game. The mechanic of moving the platform with you, carrying it with you so to speak is really neat. And at the end, I felt a little sad that my platform couldn't come with me. My poor platform.
The puzzles were nice, a little tricky at times which felt satisfying to overcome (I literally said "yeah mother f*cker" out loud) and the humour was very fitting. As the game said, this Damian guy deserves my subscription, so he got it xD. Great work :)
:D Thank you! I'm glad you liked it.
Yeah, the drama of that ending was really uncalled-for. LOL. So so sad. Please, don't forget to rate the game :)
Oh! Thanks for the reminder. I thought I already had. I swear I'm rating some games and it's not registering... Most likely I'm forgetting to hit the save rating button (itch.io is the hardest game in this jam). I'd appreciate if you'd give my game a jam (pun unintended, but I'll keep it) too, if I may be so shameless and bold to ask :)
Hi there! If you don't want to download the game, you can watch the gameplay here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6-Ts9at4UE
Wow, man! This is REAALLY COOL! That ending was so intense!
Thank you, Pedro! Glad you liked it
