Non-Code Asset Use

My question is about the types of Non-code assets we are allowed to use. If we have legal rights to use it can we use 3d models or 2d sprites from the asset store or do we need to create our own. These are the assets I was planning on using, only because I have NO modeling talent lol.

I own both, I bought them a while ago and use them a ton for most of my prototyping

"You can use any audio or video assets you have the legal right to use. Code and design, however, must be done exclusively for the jam, during the allotted time. Except for really basic, universal scraps of code like controller support, and the like." it 's from jam main page, so i think u can.

Thanks! I did see that, however, I wouldn't include 3d models and animations as video assets. I picture video assets as cutscenes or a trailer...like actual .mp4/.wav files. This is a 48 hours game jams though so most people won't have a game with trailers or cutscenes.

As long as you have permission to use models / sprites / music / video / whatever, you can use it.

what about assets like https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/vfx/shaders/fullscreen-camera-effects/beautify-61730 ?

or the amplify shader? (Unity, too)

If u purchased it and u have RIGHTS to use it in ur project u can.
