Hey everyone. I hope you all had a good game jam experience. I had a great time making my game, but was hoping for more feedback on what could be improved than I got. If anyone wants to play my game and leave some feedback I would greatly appreciate it!

Nice game. I like the idea; it is fun and simple to grasp. My main problem was predicting the trajectory of the jump, it would be nice to have a trajectory trail to see where the jump will lead me. I think this will make the game a little less about trying multiple times to find the best point to jump and more about planning and reaction speed. Also, the box gets pushed back if it hits the top or bottom of a wall, so it sometimes feels frustrating. I suggest making it bounce naturally according the surface normal instead of pushing it back. I couldn't finish the whole game so if you didn't add moving obstacles in later levels, I think they could be a nice challenge for good player (unlike me :D ).
Thanks for the Feedback! I hadn't thought of adding in a trajectory trail, but it's definitely a good idea. I personally like the feel of not having the trail and being able to figure it out yourself, but it would definitely make for a good mode for people who do want it. As for the box being pushed through walls, that is a reprocussion of the fairly simple engine I made for the game. It's definitely something I'd polish up if I were to continue working on the game. Moving objects was definitely on my list of things to possibly add into the game, but I only had a handful of hours to work on the game. Thanks again for the comments!
