How does your game fit the theme?
The player can only control either the camera or placing a tower, not both (can lead to the tower being out of view when placed); the behavior of enemies makes tactical placement less effective and necessitates placing a massive number of towers.

Simple tower defense, a base for a more complex game. Good luck!

Got a bit stuck with controls, returned back to the page -> got it:) Very nice take on TD genre, for me really fits the theme. Maybe makes sense to lower towers, so that they don't shoot from the basement. With a bit of polishing and different types of towers/areas this game would make a great market fit! Keep going!

Developer

Controls (listed on the game page itself, did not realize they would not be displayed with the submission by default):

WASD/Arrow Keys - Movement
Left Click - Spawns a Tower at the cost of 50 Points, and makes the controls move the Tower instead of the camera.
Right Click - If a Tower is being controlled, fixes the Tower in place and returns controls to moving the camera.

(If there are any inconsistencies, I probably overlooked a control change during development and would appreciate if you let me know so I can update this comment.)

on screen instructions would be beneficial to your game as it took me a while to pick up the controls.

Developer

Yeah, even though we stuck to pretty intuitive WASD/mouse controls on-screen instructions are something we should have included. I did make sure to put the controls on the game page itself, but I wasn't aware that the jam submission page would show the submission survey and not any of the game page.
