I enjoyed trying out this cool idea. I felt it strange that some parts of the game mechanics were turn-based, while others were time-dependent (real-time). I am curious, how the game would feel if the spread of fire and plant was turn-based as well.
Really fun game! Thanks for sharing this :)
Really good use of the theme.
Really cool idea, but maybe if the fire just spreads 5 tiles per turn it would be even more fun and the player would have time to think about his next move.
its really good idea needs much more balancing and level designing pure chaos is never fun
Great consept. The ai is dumb though so i end up wining by luck
I really love the idea here, but the theme really works against it. The chaos of most of your units being out of control at any given point is kind of frustrating, and around 50% of the time I ended up winning at random because one of my own units, or the enemy's, decided to burn the right square.
That said, when this game works it really works! Plotting out the right grass route to trap the enemy is fun and satisfying. Balancing your own safety with your aggression is really interesting! Would like to see this worked on :)
I like the concept, but I think we need a clearer idea what each "piece" does on the board. I'm really digging the board area-effects that make it feel different from a checkers or chess variant.
