Cool concept! I think it's got a lot of potential! Would be cool to see some areas which you can only access with a certain amount of followers or enemies that take a large crowd to defeat. I like how some of your followers could go back to enemies if they interacted with another enemy, would be cool to see that getting out of control!

I think this system would be really cool if each enemy in your chain was one of 5ish types (fighter, gunner, mage etc.) and you would come across increasingly difficult chains of enemies. Cause while it's fun to collect a chain of people in this version, it becomes a bit uninteresting quite quickly.

Solid entry! I like how you look walking around as a snaky! :) Feels like a pretty polished game, with animations and sound! Are the rooms procedurally generated? Some ideas for improving it:

  • The "way back" from a branch is not very interesting, maybe new enemies could spawn on your way back? (Or it could just be a circular path?)
  • After a few enemy encounters, there are no new surprises, which makes the game less interesting quickly. So maybe this game should be shorter/the map could be smaller.
  • Sometimes, my snaky buddies got stuck on corners. Tweaking the physics a bit could maybe avoid that.

Pretty fun and addictive! Felt like too many chests and assets got stuck on corners sometimes, but for 48 hours this is great, and I imagine balance stuff like that would've been ironed out if you had more time!

i won cool game! i like it but its sad that there isnt any winning trigger or condition

Really like the simple and minimal aesthetics! Love the fact that you included a mini map too :)

Fun concept. I really liked the camera panning out. Good job.

Well put together, I liked the adjusting camera so you could see the glorious snake you were building. Not a fan of how the theme was implemented, I didn't get a feeling of enemies being out of control. More challenging enemies would also have been nice.

Fun concept! Took me a bit to realize I could "snake" the NPCs and I would love to see something at the end, but great work!

Very nice idea with the seemingly never ending array of people that forms as you play. I wanted to see what would happen in the end. But nothing happened, I explored the entire map. Did I miss something? Very cool concept overall though!

I was working on a boss-fight at the end, but unfortunately i didn't had the time to finish it...

That's such a shame! It was really entertaining though!
