How does your game fit the theme?
The player doesn't get to choose when to jump, its necessary to get used to platforming when you can't control when you start jumping. You now have to deal with the consequences of jumping when you DONT want to. There are also a couple secrets, try to look out for weird/different looking walls! (You can read more about my thoughts on the jump timer mechanic on the game page if you're interested!)

Love the music and visuals and the challange. The difficulty curve could be a bit smoother, the spike colliders a bit more lenient and the jump bar closer to the player, but other than that it's my favourite entry so far.
(4 crystals, jumped 1950 times)
Spoiler:
The secret room(s) (I found just one) are really neat. Also, screw the aggroed phase of the boss ge gets just too trigger-happy...The main idea isn't original, but the execution is perfect. Loved it!
Great visuals and music, everything fits really well. The gameplay has pretty unbalanced difficulty in some parts (mainly cycle timing based rooms). The bossfight (spoilers!) was cleverly designed but quite frustrating, it might have been nice to have 3 lives there and then you could make it a bit more complex (more platforms, stationary airborn obstacles, etc). Overall really well done, I hope this gets featured by Mark. It deserves it.
I appreciate the feedback, thanks for playing!
There was some really clever level design in this one. I love how you use platforming staples and make them so much harder to work with here. I've never been so nervous on a moving platform while playing a platformer. The music is also goes well with the game, which is important since this game requires a lot of focus.
I've seen a lot of games in this jam doing something similar with the timed jumps- yours does it very well! And the presentation is awesome. Great job!
Awsome presentation and really nice game, good job :)
Okay, this game looks and sound awesome!
And it plays really well, too! I thought about making a Platformer, where the player doesn't control the jump but I just couldn't think of how to make it fun. The idea to show the player when this jump is going to happen is simple, but genius!
And that you have different worlds with different aesthetics and their own mechanics is astonishing. Very good job overall!
The only thing is that the game is a tad bit tough in my opinion, but a whole lot of fun.
