Thanks for the feedback, to lose you must get zero stars on restaurant because of unhappy customers but due to bad balancing it is very hard to not fail very quickly. Win condition is just trying to get the highest score
Very nice game! The graphics (and the walk animation) are funny. It's very polished on some parts (you have a full options screen for example), but less on others. For example that pizza bottom that turned out to be the bottom of the burger, which took me a while too figure out.
I also can't keep up with the amount of burgers I need to make. I feel like I'm doing it pretty fast, but I always lose on my second or third burger.
But still, it's a funny little game, and I enjoyed it. Well done!
Thanks for the feedback, I agree, the game is badly balanced due to the lack of time
I like this game :) There is a lot of detail in it. Making the burgers is challenging and got out of control fast for me. I didn't need to call for any extra food. At first I thought I was supposed to do something on the cash register. I like that you can try to grill multiple burgers but then you risk burning them.
Thanks a lot for your feedback
It's rough and feels incomplete, and doesn't really fit the theme too well, being busy or making the game challenging isn't the same thing as losing control - BUT I absolutely love the idea! A first person chef game? I don't think that's ever been done before.
One thing I'll say though is avoid putting in huge swaths of text in your tutorial page. Keep it very short, and teach the player how to play the game naturally throughout the game itself.
I completely agree with you, in the end we were too ambitious and so the game doesn't really feel complete. I had ideas to make the restaurant feel more out of control but again there was not enough time. Bad decision on our part but thanks for your constructive feedback.
