Presentation is lovely - the art style is really pleasing and the animations and sounds make shooting nice and weighty. I played a couple of times and I didn't really feel the effects of the random stats - maybe look at adding more chaos to some of these: hyperspeed movement with low friction, slower but larger bullets, etc. 

The first time I loaded into the game, the framerate dropped considerably. When I restarted, it played fine and was fun to traverse the casino and beat up them bad dice! When I got to the end of the first level, it faded to black and didn't fade back in.
