This is an interesting and well-executed idea! I especially like how you connected to the theme!
Really cool puzzle game with great level design.
The controls were a little weird, especially if you don't have a QWERTY keyboard.
Sound effects were nice and crunchy, which really made the game better.
What I love in this game is that when you split, you also split your habilities ! Great work !
i like the audio and the player lokking cute, i enjoyed playing it, Congrats !
Interesting game.
The controls were a bit randomly placed and it took some time to get used to them.
Pretty good puzzle design and game feel otherwise.
Fun game overall. Good job!
Thanks! I noticed I would always separate instead of jump and vice versa do you think it would have helped if I had flipped them?
Hmm, no. I think the controls should have been more conventional, like left = s, right = w, jump = space, switch/separate = tab, and shoot with the arrows for directions maybe. Idk if it would be better, but it's worth a try. :D
I loved it. It is both well polished and mechanically interesting. The jumping ball being able to cling to walls did trivialize some of the levels, but I really enjoyed playing it.
Super interesting. I like mechanics!
I think you can add more early levels with just half of the mechanics to introduce them and to exploit them at the maximum separately.
Your level design is pretty good, sometimes I felt a bit frustrated about the fact that the separation forced the orbs into always the same direction (red on left and blue on right), but through level design you managed to turn that limitation into an obstacle that requires a workaround by studying the level. Overall solid
Thanks! Yea I agree I think the separation felt annoying the most in cramped environments where separation wasn't part of the puzzle
