For your first game and during a jam, this is really great! You should keep at it. I had fun for the short while I played it. The risk reward for going to snag enemy guns but worrying about getting shot was a nice touch. I wanted to overload with more than just three guns (though I think in the background of the system I held more, but visually it was hard to tell). With a little more time to add juice and art this would be an awesome high-score/survival experience. Not having some telegraphing before the enemies shoots is probably my biggest criticism. Overall, great job and way to get it in on time!
Not bad... but was a bit confused with getting new weapons! Also, there were a lot of enemies...!
