How does your game fit the theme?
It joins two mechanics from different game genres in one: At first, you play them separately (different controls and characters on screen), but eventually the characters join together, becoming one character that has the mechanics from both genres. When the characters are separated, the player's attention is divided, but when they merge into one, the attention is fully focused on that character. The idea was that this game is actually three games into one: a platformer, a shoot 'em up, and when those two join each other they become a Platformer Shoot 'em Up. The genres are joined together

Fun mini game! A little confusing the first time I joined but pretty good!
Fun little game. Bit of an odd comparison, but It reminds me of some of the minigames that came with m64ds, similar sort of loop, and with a bit of work I think this could be something someone could spend a fair amount of time playing.
