It was an endless runner lol. It went on forever. I got to warehouse 20 before letting the fire take me. The environment was neat but there wasn't a whole lot to do except run. And if you tape the space bar you can jump forever. So after figuring that out, I never got stuck. So maybe something else in the level to force the player to change up their pattern could help. At the moment the level feels endless but samey.

pretty fun but the camera when running with the human body was really disorienting

While the download size is a bit much, the game looks absolutely stunning, good work!

stilish and immersive!
lacks some more profound gameplay in my opinion, maybe new abilities with a human host?

anyway, great job! im proud of you! =)

really nice! :D
really love the art and music, looks and sound great. (and go well togther)
gameplay wise I think it would be a lot more fun if the people you posses are living for a limmited time. (so you need to quickly get a new host if the you using burns out)
great entry! ;)

Developer(+1)

Limiting the time of a possession is a really really good idea. I dummied this up really quick and it feels a LOT more interesting to play. Awesome feedback, thanks so much!

700Mb is a bit too heavy for a game like this but. Art style is incredible, shaders animations, physics, audio, everything is greatly done! Impressive job in 48h!

Developer(+1)

Ha. It definitely is... that is a mystery I will solve at a later date >.<

Thanks for playing and for the kind words!

Damn that's a chunky boi! 700mb lol. Really liked the visual style! I think the camera moved way too much and made it a bit hard to follow. Also when you jump the camera moved up so you couldn't see where you were gonna land. Might be better to keep the camera height fixed and just zoom out a bit when you jump? Cheers!

Developer(+1)

Lol I definitely did a head tilt when I saw the file size. That'll teach me to build once, 30 minutes before submission :P

Great feedback on pulling the camera out on a jump, thanks!

Kind of confusing in a lot of ways to be honest. Looks and sounds really good, but the jumping was a little weird at first. If I understand correctly, you have a jump, a glide, and a double jump? Idk I think that would have been helpful to explain. Secondly, the description makes it sound like once you take control of the person you are more powerful, but the game play seemed essentially the same, you were just bigger. Sorry if this is critical, I still did enjoy playing the game.

Developer

Thanks for playing! I think the "same but bigger" feedback smart and spot on. I did a little testing just now and I think a really simple improvement would be to have the spider form move at 1/2 speed of the human host. There's a little more tension of losing ground when you're a spider and gaining it back when you're a human host.

Impressive graphics and sound, nicely combine with that feel of speed)

Awesome! Thanks for playing :)

sadly didn't work on my potato so can't rate.
