Phillip hates his neighbour Roger and things have escalated. The only option is to destroy his neighbour through mischievous deeds which will make him want to move out.

The idea here is really cool, and I love the intro animation you linked to separately. I was not able to actually play this game, as it errored hard as soon as it loaded past the main page. Wish I had been able to play it!
