Love the simple art style. Definitely takes a bit to get going, but I can see some solid potential here. I did find myself wishing there was an easier way to see what buffs were active on the player and the enemies, because sometimes I was unsure who had what powerups. Nice work!
Like the concept, it can become a true bullet hell after a while. A bit slow to start but when it gets going, there's no stopping it!
Nice presentation and gameplay loop, it can become really addicting really fast, one thing though, would like it if upgrades say +20%speed instead of 120%speed because I am not sure if it overrides the amount from before or if adds to the current amount, regardless really good job.

Pleasant graphics, and it becomes hectic by the end, which is quite fun. Wish there was some better feedback on which upgrades are on on each side though, only the number of bullets is really obvious.
