Great entry! I now know what it's like to experience the DMV
I think I feel the same as when I go to a town hall to do some paperwork. People take things so calmly that it stresses me out just like the protagonist.
I hope I have understood the purpose of the subject.
The player character is way too slow. Love the idea of being trapped in DMV hell.
We really enjoyed your take on reverse Papers, Please and thought it was very funny! The art style was really cool as well!
I love the design of this game and it's clear that you put in A LOT of work to create a full scene. However, the character moves really slowly, making it frustrating to play.
the concept is hilarious, but in practice it is not that fun, but really looks great and is fairly intuitive, basically it wasn't clear when I should talk to the person with my ticket, maybe if she had a speech bubble that was constantly calling out tickets, idk. Cool concept though!
thanks for finding it funny, we were worried no one else would get the joke that the RMV is really boring and really slow. As for gameplay we wanted the game to be dull, but probably over corrected and made basically a non-game.
haha I definitely got what you were going for, just some slight UI and pacing improvements and its a smash hit
