It's a bit hard and the levels feel a bit too repetitive, maybe you could add more features/mechanics to make it less repetitive ?

I thought: "so easy" just to lose again and again. This game it's hard, music would be nice
Nice concept, could be nice to have some sound effects :) and also cool if later level the spikes actually want to kill player haha
