The thing that stood out to me was obviously the art. The disability to jump was a bit uncomfortable but overall nice idea. Maybe if the throw action was in the mouse so you use the mouse not only to aim but to throw the spear. Other then that I really liked the game idea & game design!

Hey!

Thanks for taking the time to play our game and give us feedback. I agree with everything you mentioned. We wanted to question the idea of a jump button when it's not really needed when you can "fly", so that it'd reduce the scope of the animations to make and use the button for something else. But it's true that we are so used to have a jump in platformer that... it feels strange.

I must admit we spent more time playing with a controller than a keyboard and the layout needs some love.

Glad you enjoyed the art and design 🙂

A bit awkward to control and (at least on my machine) oddly silent but I like the art and the concept behind it.

Would love to see what it can be without deadlines

Hey, thanks for taking the time to test our game 👍

We had to remove all our sounds and music from the final build because of a strange issue with Wwise sadly so, yeah, it's very silent. Controls would definitely need some more iteration also, I agree 😁
