Nice game and really fun! Although I saw a few problems when I played:

Every enemy seems the same except the red snake which is just faster. I know they have different health but because I'm getting more frogs as I get harder enemies I'm just too powerful for those enemies. Also, there was not point of exploring the whole map. I just stayed in the side of the map for the whole game and didn't explore so if there's no reason to move around a lot more the map shouldn't be that big. One thing that kept me at the same spot the whole game is the flies I had to eat after killing enemies which made me kill some enemies then kill more enemies a bit farther away and then come back to take the flies. The final boss was pretty cool actually. I liked the way he damaged me a lot and forced me to rebuild my army of frogs before he comes again. Though I would love to see him more before he died. The whole game took a bit too much time for that tiny bit of real action.

Anyways, I do love your game and although it may seem a lot the core gameplay loop is really funny and has lots of potential. Keep working!

Good job!

Thanks a lot! Not gonna lie the switch animation does seem kinda clean.

Anyways, Thanks for commenting about our game!

This is by far the best game I've played this jam! The controls are smooth, the music is great, the game design is fantastic and even though some levels were a bit too hard it gave me a feeling that this game can be a slight rage game. The idea is super creative and really fun to play with even without any levels! Everything is just super clean and interesting. The one thing that was off for me was the level order. Some of the levels introduced half of a mechanic and than a hard level with that half-mechanic and only after the hard level introduced the whole mechanic. For example with the cannons. Another really small thing is that sometimes I wanted to scale the camera only on 1 axis but it changed the size on the second axis too. But these tiny problems didn't effect the fun I had playing your game and the fact that it's your first game jam is insane!!!

Great job! Definitely my favorite game out of the ones I've played!

The game has a really special look to it and it's really nice. Other then that the game was a bit confusing and every time I got close to the disco square (at least it looks like it) I just died for an unknown reason. The enemies are pretty cool and the mechanic of sucking up the bullets is creative but it lacked feedback. Sometimes when I pressed the 'F' button on nothing it showed the animation and sometimes it didn't. Sometimes I tried to suck up a nearby bullet and it worked and sometimes it didn't. So the game has a really cool idea but a bit more feedback can level up the game a lot.

Good job!

Thank you for commenting about your game experience!

When we designed the game we wanted the game to be challenging and have pressure on the player. I guess the full disability to control your movement other than jumping can be a bit unsatisfying and so make the game harder than it should be. We'll try addressing this issue.

Hey! First of all, thanks for taking your time to play our game and commenting about your experience. When we play-tested the game we did found out that the obstacles are sometimes quite tricky to understand in time but it was too late for us to change. Next time we'll give our friends to test our game as early as possible that for sure. And about your second comment, we didn't thought it would be as repetitive but as a familiar start for every run. But if that's what our players think we'll sure fix it :)

Thanks for trying out our game! We still though have a few problems with the mechanic being a little strange so we're working on that.

Hey! We do actually want to make some tweaks for the game and publish it on itch for mobile!

Thanks for checking our game out!

The thing that stood out to me was obviously the art. The disability to jump was a bit uncomfortable but overall nice idea. Maybe if the throw action was in the mouse so you use the mouse not only to aim but to throw the spear. Other then that I really liked the game idea & game design!

If you found a bug when the platforms stop spawning it's because I forgot to put something in the inspector(unity) :(. I will fix it the moment the rating stops.
If this happens to you, go to the main menu and start again.
*The chance of this happening is small and should not ruin your experience so please try the game!

I bet no one can beat my high score of 126,400!

That game was soooo goooood!!! Although the controls were a bit confusing so I ended up just spamming the left click and space bar the whole time. See if you can beat my high score: 126,400!!!

I tried to send a screen shot here but it wouldn't let me :(

The game idea is nice and the game looks fantastic. Though the disability of moving while in the air not even a bit was making the challenge way too hard. With a little bit tweaks to the level design and the controls this could be a really good game!

Great job!

Nice game! especially given the time period of 48 hours. I really liked the game mechanic of staying on specific platforms in order to procced. The controls felt nice and the levels were pretty cool. One thing that was missing is the theme of the game. I didn't really see how your game interacts with Built to Scale.

Fun game which will make me cry in my bed because I ALMOST FINISH IT AND THEN I FELL ALL THE WAY TO THE START!!!!!

good job

Love to hear! Thanks for checking out the game
