Pretty tricky game but good art!

Very creative game idea and great music and style. Sadly I could not figure out how to play the game or send out my ants on excursions because the tutorial set in place didnt tell me how. As game developers it happens very often that we think our game is clear and easy to understand since we made it and know the in's and out's of the game but in reality it is difficult to understand. In conclusion, we should treat our player like little babies and tell them even the most obvious things. Thats a lesson i learned making my game for this jam.

Yeah, I know the tutorial is pretty trash, but I didn't know how to fix it without adding too many words. My lesson for this is that a picture is worth a thousand words and that sometimes it's better to go the extra length to make a visual tutorial with big flashy red arrows pointing to what you have to do. Half of the issues with my game come from the unclear feedback to the player on what the actual heck is going on. Thanks for the feedback. I'm glad we all learned from this silly little game lol

Very fun game but the button to start was kinda hard to find

It was late into the jam and I pretty much either had to sacrifice showing controls or showing the start screen. I'm sorry about the main menu being such a mess. I'm really glad you enjoyed it!
