We tackled the theme from two angles: you play as a tiny mouse in a large kitchen, and you build up piles of objects to scale up to higher places.

Nice job! Definitely yelled Kobe while trying to cross map the food in

Developer

Hahaha we definitely did that while developing this

I don't know what is worse, the little mouse making a mess or the Dust Machine 3000. Works pretty well and looks amazing! More physics PLZ the pottery needs to break :P WTH who bought the fake ceramics?!

Sadly I couldn't reach the last bread. Though found myself carrying a big iron pot but not the small chairs... So many questions XD

Hahaha love the enthusiastic review! I would love to add destructible items, definitely something to add if we did a full release.

Thanks for your feedback!

Love the artwork! Very cute game, and who the hell throws a cookie in the garbage!

I really enjoyed playing this! We made something very similar to this before but in 2D, not for the game jam though. The only suggestions I have are that the UI could use some more work like displaying which items have been collected and which ones still need to be, improving the grab text, etc. and the camera angles got a little weird sometimes (maybe add an option to move the camera up and down?). This game was super cute and I would totally play a full release of this! I love the physics-based nature of it!

Developer

Thanks for taking the time to write your thoughts! Definitely a lot I'd like to clean up in the controls department for a full release, really appreciate your detailed feedback!

This game is really cute and cozy, the models look like they're made of clay :)

The absolute cutest game! Great physics, art, and music!

10/10, hope you add more levels!

Developer

Aww thank you so much! We’d love to keep expanding on it, trash the whole house hahaha

Super cute art, jumping could be a little frustrating

Love this game so much! It was a blast making assets for it. Love to see how many people have so much fun playing it! 🐭 🧀 ❤️

Clumsy. Very hard to get anywhere, big objects glitch out into walls, no control over how you place them, no idea how to get the bread at the top.

Probably would've worked better in third person with ragdoll player like in Human Fall Flat

Thanks for taking the time to check out our game! Sorry that it sounds like you didn’t have the best time with it. Like I said to another reviewer, difficulty was something we were a little worried about after developing it for so long, but we hoped the chill atmosphere and lack of definite fail state would allow players the mental freedom to experiment and find fun with the physics.

Our goal however was to make a goofy clumsy physics-based game where you pile a bunch of junk in a messy pile, so I think we achieved that goal and I’m really proud of what we’ve made in such a short time (even if it’s a little glitchy haha). Great idea about the ragdoll physics though, that would be awesome!
