Nice models, nice music, the animations are smooth, and the grabbing is smooth. It feels polished :)

I made myself small for a trampoline onto the fridge, but there was another trampoline on the shelf that I couldn’t grab and use while small, so I reached up high for the rats.

At first, I thought the win condition was trapping rats into the traps, but then I realized there was a big rat containment.

We love rats :)

Great Visuals, felt a little slow and tedious, but def worth exploring!

The idea is fun, and seeing rats moving around everywhere sure is amusing.

However, I do think it's a shame that most of the controls aren't required to complete the game  (only the left click to move the rats is useful). Maybe adding a limit to mice by cage and having cages of different scales could help (to force the player to both scale the rats and yourself).

Appart from that, you went crazy with the gun VFX I like that haha

I'm becoming a rat, what's going on ???

Pretty cool, the physics for the grav gun is fun to play around with. The movement felt a little clunky, not being able to jump on things properly and general slow movement. But the shrinking self thing was fun and the mice are funny!

i will second that, i had problem jumping but i liked the art and had fun catching rats with the gun.

I like the art style in this game, it makes it look so cute! While I would've liked that there were some bigger or smaller cages so the scaling were mandatory, I had fun playing this!

Please do check out our game too!

Love the animations and the rats are cute.

Had some physics based bugs like things getting stuck in walls and such, but it's a fun concept and I would definitely try out an updated web version of this after the gamejam.

I really dig the animations for the hands! great job!!

I would love to play a full build of this <3 Nice puzzle.
It is just a shame that I can fully solve it without scaling anything tho, looking forward to play it after the Jam when you can update it :D

man!! this one hits me hard, it is not game-jam related and I know it might sound like I'm making it up, but I've been actually making a 3D multiplayer rat inspired game myself for the past 2 years. It will be available for wishlist on steam in max 2 months, I can send it to you if you want . Your game seems to be putting the player in the opposite role (in mine you are the rat)

anyway, nicely done ! you got my vote

Sure, would love to play it! :)

This game exceeded all expectations. This is exactly what I wanted from a "Built to Scale" game. :)

Where did you learn to make games like this ?!

Developer (1 edit) (+1)

Self-taught, years of practice, made with few of my friends :)

The game supposed to be far more ambitious, with some levels at least, but oh well, couldn't figure out a working concept until the very end

Good game, maybe a tutorial would be nice to get the grasp of the controls or where to drop the rats. Having rat traps and also the hole where you need to place the rats confused be, besides that, scaling everything, even your self is real unique. Great job

This is a fun little game, I was confused where all the rats were at but then I realized I could shrink and grow myself which made the game 12000x more impressive, great job!
