as the readme says,

You will be controlling a pangolin in a tenant’s apartment If a bat makes it to your body before getting punched, you become infected with its virus A virus will appear above your pangolin to indicate infection If you then are hit by the tenant, you will infect the tenant and start a pandemic!
Win state: Punch/kick at least 40 of the bats to death before infecting the human
Loss state: Infect the human before all of the bats are killed
