How does your game fit the theme?
It is metaphorical because the town is "growing", like changing size. I hope this gets a high creativity score for thinking outside the (scaled) box.

the money didn`t subtract for me so i made a metropolis in 90 seconds
That's a good idea for a game, but needs more buildings so it does not become repetitive!
I don't really understand the challenge for the gameplay
I did it! I made a metropolis. I love a good little clicker game and the voice over was very funny. Was hoping for more levels for more exponential growth!
"Google Images" being the only credit for sourced assets worries me a bit. You did make sure everything was Creative Commons 0 Attribution or Public Domain, right?
A very simple idle game, which makes sense for the theme - idle games / tycoon types are all about growing in different scales.
The choice to have the purchasing of houses be a threshold rather than actually deducting money was probably a mistep. You can't always give the player what they want - you need conflict that the player can solve.
If I could rate this a 100 on the creativity scale I would.
Cool idea, but it have a really small amount of content, and also buying things doesn't subract money
i can just buy infinite houses
