That is a very interesting take. I love the idea of scaling your stats and the stats of your helper-companion.
The UI is incredibly intuitive once I figured out that you can upgrade stuff.
Like the idea and music! Love to see if you decide add more to the game!
It took me a little while to understand the extent of everything you can upgrade. I wish there was some indication of the enemies HP and the time/kills until you get your next major upgrade. Overall, a very enjoyable game especially given the time constraints.
This is really fun. I love these shootemups with powerups, and the concept of being able to level up everything is genius! It really needs a graphics update, and to be optimised when there are a lot of bullets on the screen.
It needs more content. Make another boss!
