That's a pretty fun take on snake. I like that having things hit your tail is actually helpful, since you can try to slap asteroids to destroy them. Kinda reminds me of slither.io but singleplayer. It does start to feel like there's not quite enough space in the playing area as you progress, but that also adds to the challenge. Good job!

Developer

It is like signle player slither.io! Glad you find the tail helpful they (snakes) do too. Scaling the playing area as you progress might have been cool but for me, it was outside of the scope of the jam. Glad you enjoyed it :)

I really like the theme of enemies progressing against you getting bigger. Its a bit rng reliant though since if you get lucky with the spawns at the start you get bigger faster than they can spawn things that you cant eat. Flying out of the map an getting killed by that is a bit infuriating aswell. All in all a nice game with small flaws :)

Developer

Hello thanks for playing! I really put a lot of effort to that theme! If you progress long enough it just becomes war machines designed to kill you. So I'm glad that it translates. About RNG I did my best, maybe in a future game I can make it feel fairer :) You are right about the map part. Actually you get hit by something on the other side. But I might include a safe guard in the future. Thanks for your feed back
