Very interesting game. You maybe could add a feature where the player needs to actually do something to do the workouts press some buttons or something
Yes, that's a good idea! I imagine it gets boring just watching the same animations again and again without interactions. I do plan to make the game better in the future and maybe adding more mechanics as you said.
Thanks for playing and for the feedback
It was very painful to understand everything ahah thx god i have read the comments to understand a bit better everything. Apart from that, that was a nice game
Yes I should have 100% put some instructions somewhere, I can imagine it's pretty frustrating not knowing what to do.
But thank you for playing it, and for the kind words!
Dude these sprites are amazing, I liked the slightly jank (in a good way) art! Wish there were a tutorial or instructions- it took me a WHILE to figure out that jogging wasn't a workout but a way to restore the stats. Needed music or sound effects in the main game. Wish there was more to do but I can see this as a kind of management game if you built upon the idea more.
Bugs: Using spacebar or enter to select an activity didn't appear to do anything. 3rd level doesn't feel possible to me
Thank you so much for trying it out!
Yes, you are right about everything. Unfortunately I got out of time before I could flesh it out, especially the level logic. I do plan to upgrade it and add more features like sound effects, tutorial and more playable levels, maybe also a little story to it.
Thanks again, really appreciate your review.
