When my game build finished, it's only minute left, and the website is stop responding, by the time the webpage back to normal ,the submission is closed
I'm so depressed that I left my desk, when I come back I found out there was a grace period... and I missed that too.

Yeah, destroying things can really release negative emotions :D
I like how you can destroy stuff in the background if you are turning. I think that would be a wonderful little detail in a game, like when you turn from left to right in order to face an enemy, you also destroy all the furniture behind you :)

Glad you like the character turning mechanic, but the truth is, this is originally not in the plan in the first place, I was just want to add a smooth transition to the character turning, and I accidentally found out the weapon still can shoot when character turning, so I add some destructible object to the background, to let player no only can destroy the objects in front but the objects in the background.
It goes to show that sometimes people like the things you didn't really think about :)
Hi there. I am genuinely very impressed with what you have submitted. I often like uploading videos to my YouTube channel of any random Itch.io games I come across and in the video I outlined that this is the start of something very good. It is a stress relieving game with nice sound effects for the mini gun and breaking of objects. If you are thinking of adding anything further, please can you consider: office related enemies, further levels and of course a functioning kick. Other than that, lovely simple game but brilliant execution.

Nice 2.5D game!
What did I like?
- The animations.
- Shooting is so smooth.
- Shooting SFX is fitting perfectly with the game.
- Nice environment.
- Nice level design.
What I didn't like?
- There is nothing that shows me how to play the game. If I want to know how to play it, I need to go to the game' description. (This is not an issue for me, but it is for some other players)
- Kicking it doesn't destroy the door.
- There is a bug at the end of the game on the right.
- On right way, or level (Called it whatever you want) there are some chairs, and I can't destroy them because they are under the machine gun.
- There is nothing at the end of the game in the right way. (If the game is finishable make the player can win, for example when the player enters a place on the level, he win the level)
Some suggestions:
- Add a main menu.
- Make the player can pause the game with "Esc", because most of know that "Esc", is for pausing or exiting the game.
- I suggest to design the main menu, not just "GUI", do what you prefer.

I agree all problems in the "what I didn't like" part you mentioned.
1.I'll try add more in game information to guide player how to play the game
2.Currently I'll solve it by remove the kick from weapon list, until the kicking function is ready.
3.You mean falling under the map? that's because I didn't finished the level design :(
4.Yes, I found that there's a chance player can stuck on things. (About this, I'm testing the IK system so that character hand will aim to the mouse position, that player can shoot every angle, this might solve the problem, and add more fun to the game)
5.Yeah, I agree with that, this is also a big regret for me, I should figure it out how the player can win the game and code the score mechanic in the first place, I just too panic during the game jam that I messed up the plan, maybe because this is my first game jam. I'll try do better next time.

2.This is my mistake, the tab button in the first build is for testing, and I forgot to change back to esc button, I'll fix it.

Couldn't get through the doors. I pressed all buttons. He kicks the door but nothing happens.

Currently doors can only be destroy by attacking.
Kicking is not functioning , you have to press 2 to switch to minigun to shoot the door.
sorry, I should just put the gun to the first inventory slot, so that player will pick it up in the beginning

There wasn't really gameplay just destruction (but the destruction was great).
Please add a menu.
Please add music.
Please put the pause button on escape and not on tab.
Please let him spawn with the machingun right away or add the hit mechanic or else it is too confusing.

Yes I agree, for now it is not even a game, no story, no levels, just bunch of mechanics.
(I guess it because this is my first game jam, so I'm very panic in the first day, I didn't do much things, plus I'm sick I had no much energy, I only finished the character model and game mechanic. The next day I realised I haven't modeling the scene yet, so I start panic again. Still ,it's a great experience. I learn a lot of things.)
1. yes, main menu is definitely needed.
2. I will add music ( maybe a electronic music or rock music ).
