It's my favorit one so far because it is finishable, yet I had to figure out how to collect certain coins without it getting annoying to do so. What really bothered me was the low framerate and the music loop. I don't even understand how you could get to below 25 FPS. Isn't that more work to actually achieve? Also when you decide to write a 4-Chord song in double time, add a good melody. This 10 second loop almost made me go insane.

I think your intention was to increase the difficulty of each level which would go against the idea of randomly getting an order assigned. Fortunately, they weren't that much different in difficulty, apart from the first level.

Movement is nice and hitting the coins works well too. Thanks for the game! :)

Hi maniolink,

I'm sorry to read that. I didn't really think much about the music (I made it in around 20 minutes). I've made another piece of music, I don't know if you'd like it... It's another 4 chord loop, but I think the melody is better. And how did you measure the framerate?

Also, I didn't expect that about hitting the coins! I had a bit of trouble to make the program distinguish between falling with enough speed from above and the other cases. :D

Thank you for your comments! :)

I didn't measure the framerate. I said it's below 25 FPS because I can tell by looking at it.

Oh, I see. Well, I didn't make many frames for the character, but I guess the problem is just how Scratch processes the code :(

Your game is super fun!.. even though I'm terrible at it :p

Thank you! You just need some practice ;)

nice, game! I really like the concept of the game. But I couldn't really figure out how to trigger the attack of the enemy

Thank you! You have to jump on it with enough height :)

I had a bit of a struggle with the coins, but I still really liked a lot of the details here. The spritework on Dicey is particular fun – a really cute and appealing design. Nice stuff!

Thank you! :D

You really hit a good spot to challenge but not frustrate with this game.

I second the comment below, I thought maybe I could collect the coin when it showed the euro symbol

Developer(+1)

Thank you for your comments! I'll add that option when the jam ends! :D

P.S. The coin symbol is supposed to be a mix between a dollar (vertical line) and an euro (horizontal line and semicircle) :)

Love the visuals and concept, fun game! The coin could become a collectible when the Euro sign is showing for an interesting twist :)
