I have done some bug-testing. And even though not all dice are shown when it gets too heavy performance-wise; it seems all dice are counted.
The game could not run above a few FPS on my laptop, but after a few throws that took half a minute each, I could afford my second permanent dice. Would have loved to play it though.
Game crashed on my 3060Ti after like 3 minutes stating some overheat lol. But I get the concept, kinda like an endless clicker but with dice, right?
Yeah, the inspiration was literally Cookie Clicker.
Interesting to hear how performance intensive it is. Since I had no issues(RTX 2070) I never considered performance when making the game.
The performance could be improved (my gpu is screaming at 100%) and the amount of dice doesnt match with the amount that ends up in the box (the UI states 60; but i counted 16)
That's a huge discrepancy! Which UI element did you read?
The one that reads "Permanent Dice"
i played for quite a while (longer than it took to get bored ~5min) just to rack up a huge amount of dice to see how bad will the performance get. What i found out was the lack of dice and same-ish performance
Interesting. Must be a performance related bug. Thanks for letting me know!
I absolutely loved how violently the dice are thrown XD Unfortunately, my laptop couldn't handle rendering all of those dice for too long, but the gameplay was really fun once I got into it! There's something about rolling increasing large numbers that is incredibly satisfying! Great work!
Nice looking game, addictive. Love watching the big numbers. Mmmmmmm..... numbers.......
Me encanto, pero pesa mucho
My personal best is 26 rolls.
