Great idea! When I first saw the thumbnail I had wondered if we did the same thing ^^;;
The character movement is interesting, with the constant bouncing and using the down key to jump, could make for some very interesting platforming interactions!
This is a really, really cool idea that I think has a lot of potential - I just don't think it was quite fleshed out enough in the actual game. The platforming was a little annoying, and the different sides of the die weren't too different. Still, this is a really good start to a game and I'm interested to see if anything more can be done with it!
Nice work overall :)
Weird mechanic. Is original concept, but I'm not sure that is works, because when I every time click on shift and wait animation I don't get any fun at all.
Very clever twist in a platform game. Great use of the theme. Liked a lot.
really neat platformer game. Changing the level when the cube becomes 3d was surprising :)
interesting idea but the theme kinda ruins it i think, some jumps were a little too hard, you normally shouldnt do that also the movement felt kinda sluggish making it annoying when you fell
I found a bug where if you click shift right before you die you get stuck at then bottom of the map and you can move around but can't get back to the platforms. over all not bad
The game is very pretty and the multiverse concept is nice.
However, on the gameplay side, it didn't flow well. The jumps require a precision that the movement don't allow for: the constant poggo-bouncing means you have to be extremely precise to nail the jump, and the distances are so far that any mistake means falling on a pit.
If you manage to tweak the difficulty, I think this have the potential to be a very nice game :)
I really love the main mechanic for this, the shift transition is amazing, I couldn't stop doing it. The game is glitchy, though, and I didn't get far at all. The multitude of universes makes it hard to know where you're supposed to be at any given point, but I think this would make for a nice game if polished. -@h
