Excellent art and I loved your take on the theme! Great entry overall, especially for a first time jam!

I've seen very few boss fights at all during the jam, so this entry immediately stands out. I wish some of the boss attacks were a bit more telegraphed, though

Great concept, love the art style and audio!

Nice! A fun, retro boss fight. I loved the art style, and it was fun getting to know the attack patterns.

The only thing it was missing, for me, was a health bar for the boss. I played a couple of dozen times, but gave up eventually, because I had no sense of whether I was remotely close to winning. The health bar can really help create that 'just one more try' feeling.

Thanks for the review! Yeah, in a post jam version I'm for sure gonna add a health bar, also if anyone is wondering it takes around 40 hits to beat the boss :)

A bit difficult when you get all attacks in one but polished and funny ! Congrats !
