The controls were a little wonky, but the graphics were nice! You did great for under two hours!
Very wonky controls. And I don't really get the charge mechanism.
I saw that you did the game under 2 hours, it is pretty impressive!
What I liked?
- The graphic style is quite nice, I find that it fits well with the concept of the game
- The Charge mechanic with the Dice number was satisfying!
Other comments:
- At first it was a bit confusing to see the Dice, I think that it is linked to the fact that it is in white like most elements of the Level Design
- Some collisions seemed imprecise, especially around the trampoline sometimes it didn't push me well
Overall good work!
I like the city destruction game, but this game control is uncomfortable and not very much enjoyable to me.
However, the game does have nice art.
I like the doodle art style you've chosen, it's quite similar to my style! It would be nice to see it developer further with some more details. The background is a bit empty for example. There seem to be some layering issues (the trees seem separated from the ground), but other than that its very stable.
Interesting take on the theme, I guess leaning into the "rolling" part but definitely a dice present, which is more than you can say about my game so I'm not one to talk!
