How does your game fit the theme?
Midnight Train is all about risk management in the face of chaos and unpredictability. The game is designed to force the player to be stuck with the consequences of their decisions, thus creating high stakes. Furthermore, a large, 6-sided die is a major game mechanic that introduces much of the disorder throughout a playthrough. This was a one-man project.

Doesn't fit the theme that well, but the game is super fun! I love the music! The art isn't perfect but still!

Just a quick explanation to everyone: if you make it to the "golden arches" at the end of the 3 minutes without dying, this means that you won! I apologize for failing to resolve a glitch where the end card that I designed does not display; I suppose last-second tech issues like this are part of the nature of game jams. Just pretend that it says "It's a win! 'Oh, the movie never ends. It goes on and on and on and on.'" In any case, huge thanks to anyone who's played; just wanted to clear up this mistake!

I was singing along to the soundtrack of this game! I lost it when the death screen came up and it was another reference. I don't really understand what the dice does, or the red and green bars, but I guess I survived halfway through one time!

Yeah, I know that maybe it's not the most intuitive game in the world, but I'm glad to hear that it sounds like you still had fun playing! I suppose that is the end goal, after all. Thanks for the feedback!
