I like the concept and I think it has potential.

At first i was confused what to do. After that i liked the idea but i had a problem where enemies most of the time did not take any damage. Also maybe give the player abit more control over his actions, because since the action happen in the order of displayed at the bottom you really feel just like randomly mashing a button. With the ability to control which action to take you could atleast give the player the ability to properly plan what to do with the rng from the dices.
