How does your submission match the theme?
The game has a counter that goes down every second, if it's reach 0 the character is unable to move and you lose the game, when you get hit it also affects the counter, so it's works as a health bar. To keep the counter up the player needs to get fuel containers that are over the level, enemies can drop them too if destroyed, the enemies work also as springboards to get to higher locations that are unable to reach otherwise.
The objective of the game is to find a treasure before the counter gets to zero, so the player decides if he just destroy every enemy to have the counter high or use them to explore the level more fast.

I really liked the enemies! I included it in my Game Maker Toolkit’s Game Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)

Nice artwork and very punchy sound fx. Enemies helping the player isn't new but the counter mechanic makes it more interesting. An ending screen would be nice, now it just says game over. Solid entry!

I like the Game Boy aesthetic. A fairly slight game, could do with some sounds!

The idea, the feeling and the visual are all very good and suitable for a small game. But the game crash when you go to the left at the beginning (that would have been a nice twist to put the tresor right on left).
