Really nice graphics, fun game! I included it in my Godot Wild Jam #17 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)
Thanks for playing! I'll try to improve the tutorial about shooting, and modify the narration flow (maybe static text that scrolls as slowly as the level wasn't a very good idea)
Great game!! Very fun and extremely polished.
What a cute game! Very well done. It's super polished all around. I would have liked to have seen some options in-game. I didn't know I could shoot.
Very enjoyable! Would love to play this on mobile! :D
What an incredibly cute game. The aesthetic all works very well, it almost reminds me of that hand drawn Yoshi's Island look- which is pretty high praise.
I think my only crtiticism is that there's not really any challenge unless you want to get a no death run or something. By the last boss I had just stopped caring about the gameplay and stood in one place shooting until it was over.
Thanks for the criticism, you're not the only one to point it. I'm thinking about adding a health bar, like a radial bar shaped like a snail shell or something similar. Making the easy mode not the default one :p
I really enjoyed this one. I think the lives mechanic is broken. I finished with -17 lives. Really likes the art and sound design and the world is playful and fun. Well done!
Thank you!
The lives mechanic is intentional: the protagonist is in the afterlife and can't die. This also serves as a score. And I thought this reinforces the idea of the game giving you Second Chances all the time ;)
Wow, the game is very creative!
I even managed the last challenge. (with -61 lives ;)
The snail art is cute and the menu gleams the well-made feeling of the overall game.
Thank you ^^
