Hi all, how can I upload the non buggy versions of the game?

I just changed the way I exported the game (from non-debug mode to debug mode). By exporting with non-debug mode the game crashes when changing to the second scene. 

This bug occurs in all the versions currently uploaded.

That sounds frustrating. Are you still having the issue?  If so, I bet the quickest solution would be to talk to one of the admins in the GWJ discord and talk to bakenshake or JohnGabrielUK and hopefully they will be able to help you get the game fixed up if it's completely broken for players right now.
