It took some time, but I did end up getting a golden trophy, still not sure what was really doing what but I did look at the main menu for some tips.

I missed feedback in another form since you used the no text wildcard.

Congrats on getting the golden trophy, your trophy will be displayed in the main menu bottom right corner. Really sorry about that i didn't have time to make a coin menu so you have to blindly guess how many coins you have or just let it sit. Looking at the main menu for some tips is actually  smart lol.

Always a fan of grid based games, but I just couldn't really work out what I was supposed to do. :( Nice simple art style which I liked, and congrats on submitting your first GWJ!

The animations are pretty neat in this game. I was confused about what I was supposed to be doing. This definitely seems like a cool idea and a great start on a game!

I like the graphics and the level variation, also the music fits the game type. I can't figure out what i'm supposed to do though, are we building for a purpose or is the building more for cosmetics?

tbh i could've fit a really quick tutorial but the time was almost out and i have no excess to internet at that time so here's a tip, in the main menu background you can actually learn on how to make the coins if there's animation it works if non it doesn't work(main menu doesn't have animation) . The goal is to get 150 coins(there's no indicator on how much coins you needed or have) if you build 50 green card you get a green trophy with the terrain change a bit, if you get 50 blue card you get blue trophy and the atmosphere change

I have a problem

Your wildcard is "No text" so you need to teach me how to play with symbols or drawings

Currently, Iam stuck and dont know what does what.

Lets talk about things I like

i like graphics, and music they are nice. its impressive as first game jam actually


With trail and error, i figured basic mechanics myself

Now, one thing you should really add is the ability to remove building

holding left click sounds so weird to make a building. (consider making it something easier e.g. clicking to make menu appear then click again to select)

also when I try to click the icon in the corner and click X to close it , it builds instead of closing which is annoying especially when i cant remove what i put (Iam sure its a simple bug, its ok iam not saying my game doesnt have bugs ** Actually, I know all the bugs in my game but didnt have time to fix it so instead i hid it Shhhhh! Dont tell anyone **)

There are two bugs that i wasn't able to fix, the holding and releasing for the building is a bug it's not intentional, I think i did something wrong in the code I'm not sure. When clicking the menu button(X and O button) it is recommended to do it where you can't place any buildings such as water and built buildings.There was a delete building on the building menu but it would leave a black card instead of grass card so i didn't implement that, if you messed up then you have to restart or place building in a different location(unless you get unlucky with terrain generation and get the whole map water)
