I grabbed a flashlight and spent a couple of minutes wandering around empty rooms..not sure what was going on or were I was supposed to go. The pixelart was nice. The range of the flashlight could be a bit bigger!

Thanks for the feedback! I agree we should've given a bit more tips and information (and a minimap) to the player, but we ran out of time. In case you still want to try the whole game: you can find the next upgrade in the lower right part of the map.

Amazing work on your game! The graphics were very good, did you guys made those? Anyway, here's the deal: Halfway through the game, the music died on me, I think you guys forgot to loop it. Maybe add a minimap to show where the upgrades you found are, I constantly forgot where were my upgrades, and had to walk the entire map searching for them. Also, the map design made me do a lot of backtracks, like, get the invisible thingy and the pushy thing, pass the camera, push box, backtrack and switch pushy to magnet, pass the camera and use magnet, only to backtrack again and get the other upgrade I needed, there were lots of instances I did this, I don't know if it's because I got the wrong combination. Also the collisions are too big for the respective sprites, sometimes what I though could be passed, I wasn't able to, and things that looked like I couldn't pass them I was able to. An option to play fullscreen is also very welcome, the game window was very small, people who have eye issues could have a bad time. Also support for WASD, or changing the keybindings, as a WASD player I would appreciate. Ah almost forgot, it would be good to have an option to see what upgrade is active, I spent a good five minutes wondering why the dark area wasn't being lighted by the flashlight.

Overall, very awesome work on your game, hope to see more stages later!

Thank you for the compliments and the feedback! The graphics were indeed all made by one of us. Most of the things you mentioned were features we wanted to implement anyway if we'd had more time, but the rest of your feedback is very helpful!
