Cute game! I included it in my Godot Community Jam compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :)
Hey, creative approach to theme! I had best score by spamming clicks like crazy - suprisingly George was found after like 5-6 random clicks, so average :)
It was fun! Just the labels never cleared after finishing and remained in the screen.
You can use lights and effects for a better visual appeal.
The labels remaining on the screen is the main idea, after a while the screen get's full and makes the game harder
Fun! Great example of a simple concept well executed in a limited amount of time. :)
It's surprisingly addictive - I'd love to see some way of limiting the number of tries you have to find him (plus the other suggestions here are great too). Keep up the good work!
18 Georges found and BURNING temperature! :D
Great job, the concept is simple but well done and it's pretty addictive :)
One could imagine a variant where you'd get a small colored round instead of a text, going from ice blue to dark red burning or something. It could make a pretty nice painting at the end of the 60 s ;)
Thanks!
That's a great idea, if I get the right color palette it's gonna look real cool!
I actually used text because at first I thought about doing something with multiple languages, to make it somewhat like a learning tool, but when I tried leaving the text on screen I thought it was an interesting mechanic and changed direction.
Score : 57 seconds remaining and 7 clicks :p
Really decent game considering it was made only in 8h !
EDIT : it's really addictive to click everywhere and see the screen filling up , just like internet explorer years ago xD
Thank you! I did not have a lot of time so aimed for something very simple, which was nice because I managed to do it at a slow pace and had time for music and sfx, different from how it usually goes for me.
This is a example of addictive game! Congrats man.
Thank you =)
This game was really fun! Found myself irresistibly cliking everywhere only to get more frustrated about not finding George!
Thank for playing with George, glad you liked the game =)
Nice idea.
Please don't use AudioStreamPlayer2D to play background music. My left ear can't take it.
It was my first time using audio with Godot, thanks for the tip =)
Was enjoyable with a neat concept.

Was a lot of fun! I loved the play on getting warmer.
