Cool idea. When you first shared your assets I thought it will be more arcady with player actually moving the moon there and back as a planetary-sized goalkeeper. I found ship doesn't have collisions until sent out but, on the other hand, one can send ships out and those will still properly collide even with asteroids that have appeared after that ship was sent out. Fancy.

Desired additions: Sound, music, button to get back to main menu, counter of asteroids ... and also asteroids appearing more often as time progresses and with truly random asteroid directions.

Ideas for later development: shop with upgrades. More moons. More dakka (aka quicker ships, quicker ship reload). Automatic guns on moons. Window clearing nukes...

Btw, what are "Platform" and "Rod" assets about?

I didn't notice at first that the moon could protecting us from the asteroids, it's a cool addition.

The gameplay is very simple but works well, I think I would personally prefer if everything was faster, I can easily anticipate the asteroids and destroy them without any tension or difficulty, if there were more enemies on screen it would be more dynamic to me. But the fact there is a little wait before obtaining a new starship is interesting and force the player to be sure when he want to launch them!

The absence of sounds and music is very unfortunate, it would add more life to the game. Still, it was quite fun! :)

The splash and menu screens are really neat, also the way the game screen stretches to fill the window is pretty cool, I like being able to play the game fullscreen. As for the gameplay I feel it’s pretty cool :), the moon orbiting and blocking asteroids is a nice gameplay element, took me some time to get the hang of it, I’m not really good aiming at the asteroids.

Really cool idea - feels like a cross between Asteroids and Missile Command! The graphics work nicely too.

Interesting concept ! Really like how the moon can protect us, which leads to some risk reward, trying to anticipate if the moon will block the asteroid or not. The game could have benefit a few sound effects to feel more dynamic. I like the simple graphic style, really nice. And I have to create some splash screen too, the Cyberarm Engine one is really cool !
