I really enjoyed this! Especially all the different power ups and it even has a scoreboard. I just wish that the music would loop... Overall very good.

Developer

Thank you for playing. The music looping needs to be fixed. I'll do it after the jam.

Good Solid job, marred by the non-looping music. Oversight, or never play-tested long enough to notice? (I know, "Playtest!! who had time for that." I play-tested too much and left some stuff on the floor that should have been in there.)

Developer

thanks for the feedback. I'll fix it after the jam.

Grid movement is definitely a fun way to make a collecting game like this feel faster than most, though I think the top row would benefit from more reward for the risk of getting so close to spawning skulls. It would definitely help add to a score chasing feeling.

Sometimes when choosing a power-up that affects health the UI would disappear for that round.

The music stops looping at some point until death/revive.

I love the polish on the movement and collectable animations. The different rewards kept me playing for a while! I did hit a point where it got too easy, but with some scaling, it could definitely have hooked me for longer. Great job!

Developer

Thanks for three feedback. This game surely needs to scale after the jam.
