Wonderful art! I love that you made a typing test into a summer game! It's actually quite fun!
this is a fantastic idea for a summer game, but I feel there should be some goals such as collecting coins. and I feel like it would be great if there was a way to die, otherwise a very creative game. oh also I almost forgot to say but you should add sound effects cuz they could add a great feel to the game. (If you haven't yet could you please rate my game!)
Love the concept of the endless swimmer! Perfect simple mechanic of a typing test to keep your character going. The animation speed being tied to the swim speed is a great touch. Being able to actively collect the yellow dots to have speed boosts or similar could really make this an interesting skill challenge as well. I noticed that it becomes much more difficult to try to hit space to dive down for the yellow dots while typing. For me, I think when I'm typing, I expect the space bar to be in between words, but when i have to push space in between random characters, it breaks my lizard brain. Great work!
It's a nice game, I like the overall concept. It could be made damn addictive and enjoyable, if there was a way, I could loose; maybe If I press the wrong key for 3 or 5 times or maybe if I hit an obstacle or something like that. Also I felt, there is a need to add more fun elements to the game and improve a little on the art--especially the land-- the charcter, though looks great. I didn't understand why those yellow circles were there, Initially I thought they were points I had to collect, but if so, there is no animation nor any highscore system, so that should be clear.
I truly appreciate your efforts. Nice work!!!
