I think there's a lot of potential here, it's just a very complex game, it needs some sort of introduction or tutorial level, or even multiple levels, haha. The art is great, and the concept is neat. I'm not 100% sure how it relates to the Cold War, except maybe something to do with space, but still cool overall. The music was also well made, but did get repetitive pretty quickly.

Also, I did have some issues with my antivirus detecting it as malware, but it ran fine after I handled that.

I played your game, it's actually very complicated and the art didn't help much in encouraging me to read all the info.

I think you had a great idea but it was made in a way that didn't give it it's right

wish you all the best in your next games

Thanks for trying our game everyone, and sorry for all the technical issues! It looks like one of the tools we used to prepare the final game for distribution (PyInstaller) is known for triggering false positives, often Trojan alerts, in many antivirus programs. You can find some information about this here here and here.

Since uploads are disabled for the game jam, we can't try any of the potential workarounds for now. But the full source code for the game is available on the GitHub page linked on the project page, and you can install and run it directly from there.

sorry, I couldn't open the Mac version, kept crashing on me. I'll try the Windows version when I have access to a Windows computer.

In the meantime, I'd appreciate it if you could play & rate my game as well! :)

Hi there, thanks for attempting to play our game! We'll take a look at yours. In case you didn't see, we do have some troubleshooting steps for the Mac build on the game's main page. There is unfortunately a know issue with one of the tools we used to generate our executables that leads to various security tools blocking them from running.
