The final round of voting has begun

To start with, wow! I didn't expect a full 60 people to join the jam with over a week still to go! We've also had incredible turnout on the theme voting, making the ultimate theme a fully democratic choice (apart from the whole randomness thing)

Here's the vote if you don't want to read the rest

Here's the final result for the second round:

Well, what does all of this mean? Well, there are 11 votes to be reallocated (over 1/6 of the total votes), meaning that the only thing that we can be reasonably certain of is that Just 'Historically Accurate' (21 votes) will be in that top 3. The rest are reasonably close, and 11 votes allocated in any way could flip the playing board. World War (11 votes) will also likely get in the top 3, but  Sieges (5 votes), Inca Empire (7 votes) and Fall of the Roman Empire (again, 7 votes) could all win that third spot.

The surprises in the poll is the drop off of Black Plague (3 votes) and Sieges. In the first round of voting, Black Plague was one of the most popular themes. Here, it did far worse. This could be because the first round allowed the picking of multiple themes and Black Plague was generally agreeable. The same is true with sieges, but sieges also polled very highly in the first week of this round, at one point being ahead of just  'Historically Accurate'. This is probably because of the expanded voter pool, with newer people supporting just 'Historically Accurate' more.
