Overall impressive what you all managed to make under a week! I love the art and music really great job on it. I’m really heaving the Christmas vibes! I could play this game for hours (I might try to better my score later).

The only thing that was a bit strange for me was the fact that all the scores / levels where spread into the 4 corners. If I wanted to lookup let’s say my score I had to quickly scan the 4 corners to lookup my (current) score. Personally I would have grouped them all.

I did notice that I sometimes got stuck on some random corners which was sadly unfortunate for me because the enemies never wait!

Looking forward to more games?

Great job all and have all a great holiday!

The graphics and animations are amazing and the way enemies die is very satisfying. It feels a bit weird that I can choose between two completely different style of playing, and it's rather frustrating to die and having to repeat all the stages again.

Hey Thanks for playing :)

Yeh, we might add a option that you can restart from any level you have beaten before.

Very nice. Got up to level 10. I like the puzzle of bringing the presents together. But is it possible for all the levels?

Developer(+1)

Good job! You were very close to the end. Level 10 is the final level.

Yes, it is possible to get the presents together on each level. Though it may require you to pull boxes around on some levels.

Ah, I missed that you can do it. You probably said it somewhere.

It’s easy to miss. You’d have to check the tutorial or maybe see it when configuring controls in the settings.

This was a really original and fun experience for me having never played the original game it pays tribute to. It was satisfying that the player could choose to play it as a "kill all enemies" or a "puzzle to get all the gifts together" - both ending in the same result but allowing a different play style. The audio and visuals and models all fit together well, had a fun time for sure. Perhaps a level select would be good for a jam so people who die on level 9 don't need to re-do all the levels - however I understand that would kill the highscore element of it!
