Nice, I agree with the comments posted here - e.g., good choice of music to grab the player's attention, would be nice if it were to be extended into the gameplay when the game starts. Also hard to catch some of the ice creams as the game progresses, would be good to have power-ups and scoring system :)

A third "gdevelop" game in the jam, I thought there were only 2 and I had made a news in the French part of the forum, I will add you right now! https://forum.gdevelop-app.com/t/ice-cream-jam-gdevelop-game/35188

Regarding the game itself I love the pixel rendering, and the character's movements, the music at the start is catchy, too bad there isn't any during the game, it's a bit lacking ... and the ice creams fall a little too quickly, you could have implemented the difficulty on the score or on the time spent. In any case good job, and delighted to meet gdevelop "colleagues" on the jam :)

Ok. I am gonna update this right now...

The horizontal movement it´s too slow, it makes imposible to take some ice creams.

If you add a score system the game would be better.

Great visuals :)

Sometimes the game generates ice creams that are impossible to catch.

The game would be greatly enhanced with a score and optional objects falling that you can catch to restore your health.

I know, Gdevelop kinda makes fonts blurry...

BUT i am going to update it later!

Iam also a g develop dev, it doesnt happen to me, maybe your resolution is too small.
Its a good game but make the ice cream small a little slow and add a score system.
