It's great to see Docile Cry in a jam again, my bad on taking so long to get a comment/rating in.  Had a lot of fun and seemed like distinct improvements since the last time I played (IMGJ 28 I think it was).  Didn't get to try out the new skill but I loved the movement tips and the personal improvement challenges, I don't remember those from the last time but they improved my ability to play significantly.  I've been super short on time this jam so I didn't make it very far, not even as far as I did on the last playtest, but I did want to make sure I at least fired it up and gave it a try since I recognized the game.  The sprites are very consistent and look like they belong together so I gave some extra points on Visuals because I always appreciate custom and consistent art.  Keep up the good work!

Thanks for reviewing it again! I only did some quality of life changes for this jam so I'm glad you liked some of it. I will make the next version more complete and in a different region for a newer gaming experience. Thanks for appreciating the custom art!

I enjoyed the variety in enemies and levels. The attacks felt powerful and had good impact. I also appreciated the consistent style across the environments and the characters. I was unsure what the icons at the bottom were initially, so perhaps a small tutorial would help there. Also, the sound effects are good, but I think they could benefit from a small variety of different sounds to mix it up.

Nice job, I had fun!

Thanks a lot for the feedback. Good to know you liked what I feel are the important aspects of the game, but yeah I have barely begun to tackle the menu and stuff so those are pretty bad. Sounds too since they're mostly reused. Thanks though!
